Ultra-pure water special fine treatment mixed bed resin is a kind of ultra-pure mixed bed resin (polishing resin) which adopts the international advanced nucleon-grade resin manufacturing process and adopts high purity reagent through multiple strict processes. It is suitable as the final refined mixed bed to make ultra-pure water in the ultra-pure water system with RO and EDI as the pre-treatment equipment.

It is widely used in semiconductor material production in electronics industry, laboratory, hospital, other types of ultra-pure water machine, water treatment systems containing radioactive materials in nuclear power plants, etc. It has the characteristics of high product purity, long operation cycle and stable effluent quality. When the inlet water quality is greater than 16.5 mω.cm, the outlet water quality can reach more than 18 mω.cm.

In the synthesis of the resin mixture, the conversion rates of H+ type and OH- type are very high. Long-term exposure to the air will absorb a large amount of carbon dioxide, which will affect the performance and use of the product. Therefore, once the package is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, and the unused parts should be carefully sealed. In addition, the product should not be exposed to direct sunlight or exposure. The product does not require water injection in the exchange column, and direct loading avoids secondary delamination.
